About the role

Regulators increasingly send detailed written inquiries about how our clients' AI systems make decisions, and today someone on the legal team drafts every response from scratch. This role builds the assistant that pulls relevant model documentation, audit history, and prior responses into a first draft a compliance lead can actually use, cutting response time from weeks to days. We publish internal methodology and expect the drafting logic to be grounded in current AI governance research, not a generic template.

Responsibilities

  • Build drafting tooling that assembles regulator inquiry responses
  • Integrate model documentation and audit history into draft output
  • Ground drafting logic in current AI governance research

Requirements

  • 5+ years in AI governance, risk, or applied NLP
  • Experience with RAG or document-grounded generation systems
  • Comfortable publishing methodology for internal review
