About the role

We just closed a new round of clinical partnerships and are scaling our research engineering team fast. We need someone who can turn published methods into working code quickly. You'll implement and adapt models from recent papers against our internal genomic and imaging datasets, working closely with our research scientists. Expect a steep learning curve in your first month and real ownership of experiments by your third.

Responsibilities

  • Implement model architectures from recent research papers
  • Run and track experiments against internal biomedical datasets
  • Collaborate with research scientists on model design decisions
  • Write clear internal documentation for reproducibility

Requirements

  • 3+ years of applied ML engineering experience
  • Comfortable reading and implementing from research papers
  • Strong PyTorch or TensorFlow skills
  • Interest in biomedical or healthcare applications
