About the role

Every paper our researchers want to submit externally needs a compliance pass checking for safety disclosures and IP conflicts before it goes out, and today that review is a bottleneck run entirely by one overworked person. This role builds the reviewer tooling that flags likely compliance issues in a draft paper before it reaches that final human check, cutting review turnaround from weeks to days.

Responsibilities

  • Build reviewer tooling flagging compliance issues in draft papers
  • Check drafts against safety disclosure and IP conflict rules
  • Cut review turnaround by pre-screening before human review

Requirements

  • 6+ years in AI safety, research operations, or compliance engineering
  • Strong Python and text analysis skills
  • Comfortable owning a system with real publication stakes
