About the role

Our clients include Fortune 500 companies in healthcare, finance, and government who need independent certification that their AI systems meet responsible AI standards before deployment. At Arca Works, we run those certification engagements — and we need an analyst who can make technical model assessments legible to regulators, boards, and audit committees. In this role, you'll lead technical reviews of client AI systems, assess model documentation for completeness, run bias and fairness audits against defined certification criteria, and produce the certification reports that clients submit to regulators or publish publicly. You'll manage 3-5 concurrent certification engagements with different client timelines. This is a senior client-facing role that requires both technical depth and communication clarity. You'll work with data scientists, legal teams, and compliance officers in the same engagement. If you've done AI auditing, responsible AI consulting, or ML fairness research and want to operationalize that expertise at scale, Arca is the right environment.

Fully remote.
