About the role

The EU AI Act is live. Companies deploying high-risk AI systems need someone who understands both the technology and the regulation — not a lawyer who reads about AI, but an AI practitioner who reads the law. Our consulting practice advises Fortune 500 companies on building AI systems that are compliant, trustworthy, and actually useful. As responsible innovation lead, you'll run client engagements: assessing AI systems against EU AI Act requirements, designing governance frameworks that don't strangle innovation, building risk assessment methodologies that product teams can actually follow, and presenting findings to boards and executive committees. This is a leadership role that bridges technical depth and strategic influence. You'll shape how major companies think about AI governance — not as a compliance checkbox, but as a competitive advantage. Clients who get governance right move faster because they have institutional trust in their AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client AI governance assessments against EU AI Act requirements
  • Design practical governance frameworks balancing compliance with innovation speed
  • Build risk assessment methodologies for product and engineering teams
  • Present governance findings and recommendations to client boards
  • Develop thought leadership on responsible AI deployment strategies

Requirements

  • 7+ years in AI/ML with governance or policy experience
  • Deep understanding of EU AI Act and emerging AI regulation
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills for risk assessment
  • Executive-level presentation and communication abilities
  • Track record advising senior leadership on technology strategy
