AI Revenue Attribution Model Developer

About the role

The attribution model you build will directly influence how our clients allocate $40M+ in annual marketing spend. Last-touch and first-touch are dead — our clients know it, their CMOs know it, and the vendor ecosystem is a mess of black-box solutions they don't trust. We've built a data collection and identity resolution layer that most attribution vendors can't match. What we don't have yet is a transparent, client-adjustable multi-touch attribution model on top of it. You'd own that from the ground up: model architecture, calibration against conversion data, and the explainability layer that helps clients understand why a channel got credited. You'll work closely with our data engineering team (3 engineers on the identity graph), our growth science team, and directly with 5 design-partner enterprise accounts for validation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a Shapley-value-based multi-touch attribution model
  • Build the calibration pipeline that validates attribution against holdout experiments
  • Develop the client-facing explainability layer for channel credit distribution
  • Create monitoring dashboards tracking attribution stability over time
  • Present model methodology and results to enterprise client data teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data science with attribution, measurement, or marketing analytics focus
  • Strong statistics and causal inference background
  • Python and SQL proficiency; Snowflake experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate complex modeling choices to non-technical marketing stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Shapley values or similar cooperative game theory methods
