About the role

Delvio Solutions serves regulatory compliance teams at banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. One of the most labor-intensive tasks those teams face is annual audit planning — deciding which controls to test, in what depth, and in which order, given limited internal audit resources. Right now, that planning is done in Excel. We're automating it. In this role, you'll build the risk scoring and priority ranking models that power Delvio's audit planning module. You'll analyze control failure histories, regulatory examination findings, and business environment signals to generate ranked audit plans with explainable reasoning. You'll work with our regulatory affairs specialists to ensure the models reflect actual examiner expectations. This is a senior role with significant domain learning required up front. We have an onboarding program designed for engineers transitioning into regulatory tech — 4 weeks of structured domain training before you touch model code. Strong engineering fundamentals matter more than prior audit experience.

Fully remote.
