About the role

The emails you'll help generate are read by over 30,000 prospects a month across our enterprise sales team. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, so tone and accuracy are non-negotiable — a poorly personalized email damages trust before a rep even gets on a call. Built on our internal prompt orchestration stack, this role owns the personalization engine end to end: the data inputs, the prompt templates, and the guardrails that keep output on-brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own the email personalization engine from data input to output
  • Design guardrails that keep generated copy on-brand
  • Partner with sales leadership on messaging quality standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with LLM-based content generation
  • Experience with prompt engineering in production systems
  • Strong sense for enterprise sales tone and messaging
