AI Sales Enablement Content Engineer

About the role

We already have a working prompt library and an internal LLM pipeline that drafts compliance training material. What we don't have yet is someone dedicated to turning that pipeline into a proper sales enablement content engine — battle cards, objection-handling scripts, and onboarding material generated and kept fresh automatically. We publish internally and encourage teams to document what they learn, so you'll be expected to read what's already been built and extend it thoughtfully rather than starting from zero. This is a six-month contract with strong potential to extend.

Responsibilities

  • Extend our existing LangChain-based content pipeline to sales enablement use cases
  • Design and test prompts for battle cards, scripts, and onboarding docs
  • Query and structure supporting data with SQL for content grounding
  • Document prompt patterns and their measured effectiveness
  • Coordinate with the sales enablement team on content gaps

Requirements

  • 2+ years working with LLM APIs in a production content pipeline
  • Strong prompt engineering fundamentals with OpenAI API and LangChain
  • Working SQL skills for data retrieval and validation
  • Clear written communication for internal documentation
  • Comfortable working on a fixed-term contract basis
