AI Sales Intelligence Platform Developer

About the role

Enterprise sales is driven by signals — a prospect company just raised a Series B, a competitor's customer published a negative review, a key champion changed jobs. The problem is these signals live in 40 different places and no one has time to read all of them. Our sales intelligence platform consolidates these signals and surfaces the right one to the right rep at the right time. You'll join the platform engineering team as a junior developer, working on the signal ingestion and processing features that power the intelligence feed. That means: pulling data from news sources, job boards, LinkedIn signals, and CRM events; normalizing them into a consistent schema; running relevance classifiers that decide which signals matter for which accounts; and delivering them through the rep-facing UI and Slack integrations. Sales engineers on the team will teach you the domain. Your job is to build reliable data plumbing that processes millions of signals per day without missing the important ones.

Responsibilities

  • Build data ingestion connectors for news sources, job boards, and CRM events
  • Implement relevance classifiers for account-signal matching
  • Maintain the signal normalization pipeline and data schema
  • Build Slack and CRM integrations for signal delivery
  • Write tests for classifier accuracy and data pipeline reliability
  • Monitor ingestion pipeline health and fix failures during business hours

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Python and SQL development experience
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and data ingestion patterns
  • Interest in sales technology, B2B markets, or business intelligence
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with production data handling
  • Comfortable asking questions and iterating based on user feedback
