About the role

A brand needs 150 ad creative variations per campaign: different headlines, body copy, CTAs, and visual descriptions for each platform (Instagram square, TikTok vertical, LinkedIn landscape), audience segment, and A/B test cell. Producing these manually takes a creative team 3 days. Our variation generator does it in 20 minutes while maintaining brand consistency. The challenge isn't generating text — it's generating text that's systematically varied in the right dimensions. The headline for "price-conscious parents" should emphasize value differently than the one for "early adopters," and both should sound like the same brand. You'll build the variation engine: template systems that define variation axes, constraint logic that enforces brand guidelines, and quality scoring that filters weak variants before human review. This is an 8-month contract. You'll work with our creative director who defines the variation taxonomy and our platform engineer who handles the campaign management integration.

Responsibilities

  • Build the creative variation engine for systematic ad copy generation
  • Design template systems defining variation axes per audience and platform
  • Implement brand guideline enforcement through constraint logic
  • Create quality scoring to filter weak variants before human review
  • Support A/B test cell generation with controlled variation
  • Document variation patterns for creative team training

Requirements

  • 3+ years building LLM-powered content generation systems
  • Experience with prompt engineering for controlled text variation
  • Strong Python and API design skills
  • Understanding of digital advertising formats and platform requirements
  • Ability to work with creative teams on quality standards
