About the role

Our clients include Fortune 500 companies in financial services, and they come to us with one question: how do we adopt AI without breaking compliance? Your job is to answer that question — technically, architecturally, and practically. You'll design end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients: scoping requirements, selecting model architectures, designing cloud infrastructure, and working with our delivery team to implement. You'll typically manage 3-4 active engagements, each lasting 2-4 months. We need someone who can whiteboard an LLM deployment architecture in the morning and debug a Kubernetes networking issue in the afternoon. Client-facing polish and deep technical skills are equally important here.

Responsibilities

  • Design AI solution architectures for enterprise financial services clients
  • Scope technical requirements and define implementation roadmaps
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture reviews with clients
  • Partner with delivery engineers on implementation and deployment
  • Build reusable architecture patterns and internal documentation

Requirements

  • 6+ years in software architecture or technical consulting
  • Deep cloud infrastructure experience (AWS and/or GCP)
  • Hands-on experience with LLM deployment (LangChain, OpenAI API)
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare)
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
