About the role

Supply chains break in predictable ways — if you have the data to see the patterns. We do. Our platform ingests data from 400+ suppliers across 12 countries, and our AI models predict disruptions, optimize inventory levels, and recommend alternative sourcing strategies. The challenge is making all of this actionable for supply chain managers who don't speak ML. As a junior AI supply chain analyst, you'll bridge the gap between our models and our users. You'll build Tableau dashboards that translate model predictions into clear recommendations, analyze model accuracy across different product categories, and help design the alerts that tell a supply chain manager to act before a disruption hits. No supply chain experience needed — we'll teach you the domain. What we need is someone who's sharp with data, curious about operations, and good at making complex information simple.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Build Tableau dashboards translating AI predictions into supply chain recommendations
  • Analyze prediction model accuracy across product categories and regions
  • Design alert logic for supply chain disruption early warning systems
  • Clean and validate supplier data feeds for model consumption
  • Support senior analysts with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • Python proficiency with pandas for data analysis
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries on large datasets
  • Basic Tableau or data visualization experience
  • Understanding of descriptive and predictive statistics
  • Strong communication skills for translating data into business insights
