AI Support Agent Onboarding Simulator

About the role

New support agents currently shadow a senior teammate for two weeks before touching a real ticket, and even then their first month is rough. We believe agents learn faster from realistic practice than from a slide deck, so this role builds the simulator that generates realistic customer scenarios for trainees to practice on, scored automatically against how a senior agent would respond. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints and clear ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build a simulator generating realistic customer support scenarios
  • Design scoring logic comparing trainee responses to expert answers
  • Iterate on scenario difficulty based on trainee performance

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with LLM-based content generation
  • Interest in training or educational product design
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving sprint cycle
