About the role

Have you ever searched a help center and found an article that was clearly written for a product version from two years ago? LangChain, retrieval-augmented generation, and a knowledge base of tens of thousands of support articles are what you'll work with to build the auditor that flags stale, contradictory, or outdated content automatically. We don't care where you work from, only that stale articles get flagged before a customer hits one during a support ticket, not after.

Responsibilities

  • Build models flagging outdated or contradictory support articles
  • Cross-reference articles against current product documentation
  • Design a review queue for flagged content
  • Maintain the retrieval index used for freshness checks
  • Report freshness metrics to the content team

Requirements

  • Experience with RAG or retrieval-based NLP systems
  • Comfortable with Python, LangChain, and SQL
  • Entry-level candidates with strong NLP fundamentals welcome
  • Fully async work style
