AI Synthetic Data Sales Engineer

About the role

Banks, insurers and hospital networks buy synthetic data from us when they can't share the real thing, and their first question is always the same: 'Will my models still work on this?' Telvion Labs has the technology to answer that, but our deals stall during technical evaluation. As our second sales engineer, you'll run proof-of-concept projects with prospects, generate synthetic versions of their sample datasets, and show side-by-side model results. You'll split your time between customer calls, hands-on notebooks and feedback sessions with our research team.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical evaluations and proofs of concept for enterprise prospects
  • Generate synthetic datasets and compare utility and privacy metrics with real data
  • Partner with account executives on technical discovery and security questionnaires
  • Feed recurring prospect objections back to product and research

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales engineer, solutions engineer or data scientist in a customer-facing role
  • Confident with Python, pandas and SQL during live demos
  • Can explain privacy-utility trade-offs to both data scientists and compliance officers
  • Comfortable with travel roughly once a quarter
