About the role

Our test suite for model releases still takes a human two full days to run and interpret manually before every deployment. That gap is exactly what this contract role is meant to close. You'll build Airflow-orchestrated automation that runs our existing test suite against new model candidates and produces a pass/fail report the release team can act on without digging through logs themselves. This is a scoped contract tied to our next two release cycles, with the automation you build expected to become permanent infrastructure regardless of contract length.

Responsibilities

  • Automate execution of the model release test suite
  • Generate readable pass/fail reports for the release team
  • Integrate automation with existing Airflow pipelines
  • Flag flaky or inconsistent test results for investigation

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with test automation or CI pipelines
  • Basic familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Some exposure to Airflow or similar orchestration tools
  • Available for a scoped multi-month contract
