AI Value & ROI Analyst — Consulting Engagement

A portfolio company of ours deployed an AI-powered forecasting tool 14 months ago. The vendor promised 20% reduction in planning cycle time and €1.2M in annual inventory savings. Leadership isn't sure if those savings materialised. We need an independent analyst to measure the actual business impact — pull the pre/post data, control for confounding factors (supply chain disruptions, demand shifts), and give us a clear, honest answer on what the tool actually delivered.
