About the role

The renders you'll ship are used by real estate listings viewed by tens of thousands of buyers every week. Empty rooms don't sell, and professional staging is expensive, so our virtual staging pipeline exists to close that gap at a fraction of the cost. You'll improve our diffusion-based rendering pipeline that furnishes empty room photos while preserving architectural details like window placement, flooring, and lighting, areas where current output still occasionally breaks in ways that erode listing agent trust. This is a focused six-month contract engagement to take rendering quality from good to production-grade ahead of a major retail launch.

Fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Improve architectural consistency in the diffusion-based staging pipeline
  • Reduce rendering artifacts around windows, flooring and fixed structures
  • Benchmark rendering quality against a curated set of listing photos
  • Optimize inference cost on AWS GPU infrastructure

Requirements

  • 5+ years working with diffusion or GAN-based image generation models
  • Strong PyTorch and computer vision background
  • Experience optimizing model inference cost on cloud GPU infrastructure
  • Portfolio of shipped generative imaging work preferred
