AI Voice Content Prompt Engineer

About the role

We publish internally on prompt design patterns and encourage the team to share findings at audio-tech meetups, since a lot of what we learn generating podcast scripts and voiceover copy doesn't exist in any textbook yet. You'll design and test prompts that generate podcast show notes, voiceover scripts, and ad-read copy in a consistent brand voice, then measure quality against listener engagement data rather than just editorial gut feel. You'll be expected to document what you learn and occasionally present findings to the broader content and engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Design prompts generating podcast and voiceover script content

  • Maintain brand voice consistency across generated scripts
  • Document and present prompt design findings internally

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering or NLP
  • Familiarity with RAG-based content generation pipelines
  • Interest in audio or podcast production a plus
  • Comfortable presenting findings to a cross-functional team
