About the role

We serve over 200 enterprise clients, and every one of them leaves feedback somewhere different: support tickets, NPS surveys, sales call notes, review sites. Right now that feedback lives in five disconnected tools and nobody reads all of it. The person in this role will build the pipeline that pulls it into one place and makes it searchable. You'll build ingestion and embedding pipelines that normalize feedback from multiple sources into a single retrieval index, then build simple RAG-based summarization tools that let our customer success team ask natural-language questions like 'what are our top three complaints from enterprise accounts this month.' This is a junior role with real scope: you'll own the pipeline end to end, from ingestion scripts to the summarization prompts customer success actually uses daily.

Responsibilities

  • Build ingestion pipelines that pull feedback from support, survey and sales tools
  • Set up embedding and retrieval infrastructure using Hugging Face models
  • Write and iterate on RAG prompts for feedback summarization
  • Work with customer success to validate summary quality against real questions

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Python experience, ideally including some NLP or data pipeline work
  • Familiarity with LangChain or a similar retrieval framework
  • Comfortable learning production data pipelines on the job
  • Curiosity about customer-facing product work
