About the role

The voice assistants you'll help audit are used by millions of people every day, and a persona that suddenly sounds different mid-conversation erodes trust fast. We already have strong voice synthesis and emotion recognition models in production. What's missing is a systematic way to audit persona consistency across thousands of conversation turns before a model update ships. Fast-moving team. Big problem. We need someone who ships. You'll build the auditing framework that catches persona drift before customers ever notice it.

Responsibilities

  • Build automated auditing frameworks for voice persona consistency
  • Design test suites covering thousands of conversation turns
  • Flag persona drift before model updates ship to production
  • Work with voice synthesis engineers to root-cause drift issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years in NLP or conversational AI
  • Strong PyTorch and Hugging Face experience
  • Experience with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
  • Track record shipping production conversational AI systems
