About the role

We have a go-live date. It is six weeks away. We are building an automated onboarding workflow for a financial services client — documents collected via form, verified with an LLM extraction step, routed for compliance review, and then synced into their CRM and case management system. The architecture is defined. The tools are chosen (n8n + OpenAI + Salesforce API). We need an automation specialist who can execute this cleanly and not miss the deadline. If you have built production workflows involving LLM document extraction and CRM integration before, this project is for you.

Fully remote.

Key Deliverables

Build the document collection and LLM extraction step in n8n
Integrate extracted data with Salesforce via REST API
Build the compliance routing logic with human-in-the-loop confirmation step
Test all edge cases and document the failure handling strategy
Deliver on time with complete handover documentation

Requirements

Technical stack needed for this mission.

3+ years building automation workflows with n8n, Make.com, or similar tools in production
Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI API (or similar) for document extraction tasks
Salesforce API experience — can handle OAuth, object creation, and field mapping
Able to work to a defined deadline without scope creep
Strong testing discipline — will not push to production without validated edge case handling
