About the role

Twelve people make up the automation team you're about to join, and the third seat is still open, working directly with the supply chain analytics group to keep procurement and inventory data flowing reliably. We already have dozens of ETL jobs running on Airflow, but ownership is scattered and failures often go unnoticed until someone downstream complains. We don't care where you work from — we care about output, clear communication, and taking ownership of the orchestration layer that ties these pipelines together on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate ownership of scattered Airflow ETL jobs into a single orchestration layer
  • Build alerting so pipeline failures surface before downstream teams notice
  • Maintain ETL infrastructure on AWS with clear runbooks

Requirements

  • Solid experience with Airflow and ETL pipeline design
  • Comfort working with AWS infrastructure in production
  • Ability to bring order to loosely owned, scattered pipelines
