About the role

Growth teams move fast. The underlying data model usually does not. We are hiring an analytics engineer who can help product and marketing teams trust their experiment readouts, standardise event logic, and spend less time debating whether the metric is even correct.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted experiment datasets and self-serve metrics for growth teams
  • Improve the event and identity logic behind core funnel reporting
  • Partner with PMs and analysts on cleaner experiment readouts
  • Create validation checks that catch broken instrumentation early
  • Help simplify the analytics stack rather than adding more layers

Requirements

  • 4+ years in analytics engineering, experimentation, or product data
  • SQL for event modelling and experiment analysis
  • Python for validation workflows
  • Snowflake for transformation and modelling
  • Statistics for experimentation concepts and interpretation
  • Airflow for scheduled data workflows
