About the role
We are a logistics company investing in analytics and need a BI developer who can rapidly deliver Tableau dashboards that operations teams actually use. You will work embedded within a business team, not in a central IT function.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimise a library of Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and commercial teams
- Train business users on self-serve analytics
- Define KPIs with team leads
- Manage Tableau Server governance
Requirements
- 3+ years of Tableau development
- Strong SQL — able to build efficient queries for large datasets
- Able to translate business requirements into dashboard specs
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: experience with Tableau Server / Cloud administration
