Business Process Automation Consultant — AI-First

We're a 200-person financial services company that has approved a budget for AI automation but has no idea where to start. We need a consultant to: map our key processes, identify the 5–10 that are highest-effort and best suited for AI automation, estimate the savings, and produce a prioritised roadmap with rough implementation plans for each. Phase 2 (separate engagement): actually build 2–3 of the top automations. We're not looking for a strategy deck that nobody reads. We need someone who will actually sit with our operations teams, understand what they do, and give us a clear, realistic plan.
