About the role
We are a 200-person professional services company with too many manual processes. We need a lead who can run process discovery workshops, prioritise automation opportunities, and deliver real efficiency gains across the business.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops to map and prioritise manual processes
- Build and maintain an automation roadmap
- Deliver automation projects end to end (from spec to UAT)
- Measure and report efficiency gains monthly
- Manage a small team of automation specialists
Requirements
- 5+ years in business process automation or digital transformation
- Hands-on with RPA or no-code automation tools
- Experience running process mapping workshops (BPMN, swimlanes)
- Able to build business cases and ROI models
- Strong stakeholder management skills
