Cloud ML Support Engineer

About the role

Our training clusters run thousands of jobs a day, and when one fails, someone needs to figure out why fast. That someone is you. You'll be the first line of response for infrastructure issues reported by our ML engineering customers, triaging failures and escalating what you can't resolve. It's a hands-on way to learn cloud ML infrastructure from engineers who've built it from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and diagnose failed training and inference jobs
  • Escalate complex infrastructure issues to senior engineers
  • Maintain internal runbooks based on recurring issues
  • Communicate clearly with customers during incidents

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with AWS or another cloud provider
  • Basic Python and Docker skills
  • Comfortable troubleshooting under time pressure
  • Strong written communication for incident updates
