About the role
We build inspection AI for manufacturing lines and need a computer vision engineer to develop and improve our defect detection models. Real-world, production CV work with physical hardware integrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune defect detection models for our inspection pipeline
- Label and curate training datasets with domain experts
- Optimise models for edge deployment on industrial hardware
- Monitor model performance and retrain as needed
- Document model cards and evaluation protocols
Requirements
- 3+ years computer vision engineering experience
- Strong Python and PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with object detection and classification (YOLO, EfficientDet, etc.)
- Familiarity with OpenCV and image pre-processing pipelines
- Bonus: experience with edge deployment (ONNX, TensorRT)
