About the role

E-commerce platform, 2M users across France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Our support volume is 60% repetitive questions — shipping times, return policies, how to change an address, how to cancel. We want a RAG-based FAQ bot embedded in our help centre and our mobile app. It needs to handle all 4 languages, switch languages mid-conversation if the user does, and escalate to a human agent when it can't answer confidently. The knowledge base is 300 FAQ articles and our policy documents. We want responses to feel like a helpful human wrote them, not a legal disclaimer.
