Data Architect — Snowflake & Databricks

Three data engineers, five ETL tools, zero documentation. Every time someone asks "where does this metric come from" we get three different answers. We need an external data architect to come in, figure out what we actually have, and design what we should have — a unified architecture across our Snowflake warehouse and Databricks lakehouse with clear naming conventions, proper data contracts, and a migration plan that our internal team can realistically execute. This is a 2-month consulting engagement. We are not looking for someone to build things — we need the design and the plan. Our engineering team does the implementation. Expected output: architecture document, naming/access standards, data contracts for our 10 most-used models, phased migration plan.
