About the role
We're migrating from a legacy on-premise data warehouse (PostgreSQL + custom ETL scripts) to Snowflake with dbt for transformations and Airflow for orchestration.
We need a freelance data engineer to lead the migration — designing the new schema, porting transformations to dbt models, setting up Airflow DAGs, and documenting everything.
Our data team is small (2 people) and will support you, but you'll be the technical lead on this project.
Requirements
Technical stack needed for this mission.
