E-commerce Automation Specialist (Zapier / n8n)

Shopify store, $4M ARR. We have too many systems that don't talk to each other — Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, Shipstation, and our inventory system. Ongoing work: build and maintain automations between these tools. Priority this quarter: auto-tag customers by behaviour segments, sync inventory alerts to Slack when stock drops below threshold, auto-draft customer support replies using GPT when a ticket comes in. We want someone reliable for the long term, not a one-time project. Ideally someone who has worked with Shopify ecosystems specifically.
