About the role

We have a simple question that has become annoyingly hard to answer: why do some trial users convert while others disappear after two sessions? You'll join our growth team and help with funnel analysis, activation metrics, signup source quality, and lifecycle experiment reporting. This is a junior-friendly role, but it is real analytics work, not report formatting. You'll get mentorship from a senior data scientist and a lot of context from product and marketing.

Requirements

  • - Strong SQL basics
  • - Some Python or notebook experience
  • - Curious about product behavior and growth experiments
  • - Comfortable asking follow-up questions when a metric is vague
