About the role

Responsibilities

• Define and own the company AI strategy and roadmap
• Hire and lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Ship AI features that drive measurable customer value
• Partner with the CPO and CTO on product direction
• Represent the AI vision in investor and customer conversations

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI product or engineering leadership
• Able to set and execute an AI roadmap at the product level
• Experience hiring and developing AI/ML teams
• Strong technical credibility — can engage deeply with engineers
• Able to represent AI vision externally to investors and customers
