About the role
We are a $20M ARR SaaS company and AI is no longer optional — it is existential. We are looking for a Head of AI to own our AI strategy, build the team, and ship the AI capabilities that will define our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the company AI strategy and roadmap
- Hire and lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
- Ship AI features that drive measurable customer value
- Partner with the CPO and CTO on product direction
- Represent the AI vision in investor and customer conversations
Requirements
- 5+ years in AI product or engineering leadership
- Able to set and execute an AI roadmap at the product level
- Experience hiring and developing AI/ML teams
- Strong technical credibility — can engage deeply with engineers
- Able to represent AI vision externally to investors and customers
