Head of AI Transformation — Retail Group

We run 600 retail stores across CEE. For 18 months we've been talking about AI. We've run 3 pilots, none of which scaled. Our competitors are moving faster. We're hiring a Head of AI Transformation to change that. This is not a technical role and it's not a strategy role. It's a doing role — you'll identify the 3–5 AI use cases that will deliver the most value, build the internal capability to execute them, manage the vendors, and drive adoption across business units that have no appetite for change. You'll report to the CDO and have a mandate from the CEO. You'll also face a lot of internal resistance. If that sounds like a problem, this isn't the role for you.
