Junior AI Comment Toxicity Moderation Analyst

About the role

We're building tools that help brand teams see which comments on their campaigns need moderation before they escalate. Right now flagging is manual and slow. You'll help train and evaluate toxicity classifiers on real campaign comment data, working closely with two senior analysts. Fast-moving team. Big problem. This is a part-time role for someone who wants hands-on ML experience without committing to full-time hours yet.

Responsibilities

  • Label and evaluate toxicity classifier outputs on comment data
  • Flag classifier errors for the senior analyst team to review
  • Track precision and recall on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • Some coursework or project experience with python and nlp
  • Basic sql skills for pulling comment datasets
  • Available 20 hours per week
