Junior AI Customer Feedback Clustering Engineer

About the role

Our support team collects thousands of feedback tickets every week, but nobody has time to read them all. We're looking to build a clustering pipeline that groups similar complaints and surfaces emerging themes before they become churn risks. You'll join a cross-functional squad with defined sprints, clear ownership, and weekly syncs with the customer success leadership team. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to see their models used in daily standups within weeks of shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain clustering pipelines for support ticket data
  • Partner with product to define feedback taxonomy categories
  • Monitor cluster drift as ticket volume grows

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience with python and nlp basics
  • Familiarity with sql for data extraction
  • Comfortable presenting findings to non-technical teams
