About the role

Hugging Face models and a growing archive of past subject lines and open rates are the core of what we build our testing tool on. Fast-moving team, focused problem — marketers waste hours guessing which subject line variant will perform best, and we're building a tool that predicts open rate before a single email goes out. In this part-time junior role you'll help label historical subject line performance data and support senior engineers in evaluating prediction accuracy against live A/B test results, seeing your labeling work reflected in prediction quality within the same week.

Responsibilities

  • Label historical subject line and open rate data
  • Support evaluation of prediction accuracy against live A/B tests
  • Flag mislabeled or noisy training examples
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis requests from the product team

Requirements

  • Basic Python skills and comfort working with Hugging Face tools
  • Interest in marketing analytics or NLP
  • Available for 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
