About the role

The clips you'll help assemble get watched by fans checking scores the morning after a game, often before they've seen any other coverage, so getting the pacing and highlight selection right actually matters. You will help build a pipeline that automatically assembles post-game recap videos from our existing highlight detection output, sequencing clips into a coherent narrative rather than a raw highlight reel. You'll work under a senior video analytics engineer who reviews assembled recaps with you daily during your first months, giving fast feedback on pacing and selection choices.

Responsibilities

  • Help build a pipeline assembling post-game recap videos from highlight detection output
  • Support sequencing logic that creates narrative flow rather than a raw clip reel
  • Review assembled recaps daily with a senior engineer during onboarding
  • Assist with tagging and quality-checking source highlight clips
  • Document assembly rules for consistency across different sports

Requirements

  • Some computer vision or video processing coursework or project experience
  • Interest in sports media and video production technology
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of video data
  • Eagerness to learn from a senior video analytics engineer
