Junior AI Regulatory Obligation Tagging Analyst

About the role

We work async across six time zones, and we trust juniors with real responsibility from week one. Delvio Solutions helps compliance teams track what new regulations actually require of them. We already ingest regulatory texts and detect changes. What's missing is reliable obligation tagging: breaking a rule into concrete obligations, assigning owners and linking each to internal controls. You'll help test and refine an LLM-assisted tagging pipeline built on LlamaIndex, review its output with our regulatory specialists, and build the evaluation sets that tell us when it's ready for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Review and correct obligation tags produced by our LLM pipeline
  • Build evaluation datasets from real regulatory documents
  • Refine prompts and retrieval settings with guidance from senior engineers
  • Write clear notes on recurring error patterns

Requirements

  • Basic Python and interest in LLM applications
  • Ability to read dense legal or regulatory text carefully
  • Background in law, policy, compliance or linguistics is welcome
  • Self-directed and comfortable with async work
