About the role

We serve engineering teams at over 150 companies who rely on our tools to catch bugs before release. Small team, direct impact, no layers of management between you and the work. We need a freelance support engineer to help customers troubleshoot integration issues, write small scripts to reproduce reported bugs, and feed clear findings back to the engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer-reported integration issues
  • Write small Python scripts to reproduce reported bugs
  • Escalate confirmed bugs to engineering with clear repro steps
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common integration issues
  • Support customers over async channels during business hours

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in technical support or QA
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL
  • Basic familiarity with Docker-based environments
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently on a freelance basis
