Responsibilities
- Lead model improvements across player and ball tracking systems
- Set technical direction for evaluation, labelling, and deployment workflows
- Partner with product teams on broadcast and coaching use cases
- Mentor engineers across the perception group
- Support incident reviews when tracking quality degrades in live events
Requirements
- 6+ years in computer vision, tracking, or video intelligence
- Python for model and tooling development
- PyTorch for detection and tracking model work
- Computer Vision depth in localisation, tracking, and calibration
- Docker for reproducible development and deployment
- Experience leading projects across research and production boundaries
