About the role

Our contact centre platform routes millions of customer interactions every month. We are hiring an ML engineer to improve intent prediction and routing quality across voice and chat channels. The challenge is less about novelty and more about making models stable, fast, and measurable in a high-volume production system.

Responsibilities

  • Improve intent classification and routing accuracy across support channels
  • Own parts of the inference and evaluation pipeline
  • Work with operations teams to understand routing failures and edge cases
  • Deploy safe model updates with monitoring and rollback plans
  • Contribute to tooling that makes experiments easier to compare

Requirements

  • 4+ years of ML engineering in production systems
  • Python for services, experiments, and model tooling
  • PyTorch or TensorFlow for sequence and classification models
  • Kafka or similar event streaming concepts
  • SQL for label analysis and model evaluation
  • Experience with latency-sensitive inference services
