Our marketplace has enough buyers. The hard part is understanding why some suppliers perform well and others quietly damage the customer experience.
We need an analyst to own supply quality metrics: cancellation rate, response time, fulfillment accuracy, dispute rate, and repeat buyer behavior. You'll build the dashboards, but more importantly, you'll define the metrics so operations stops arguing from anecdotes.
This is a hands-on analytics role with a lot of stakeholder contact.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and dashboarding experience
- Can turn messy operational questions into measurable metrics
- Comfortable with cohort analysis and segmentation
- Marketplace, logistics, or support operations experience is a plus
