Our churn model works. We think it can do significantly better and we don't know which direction to push. Need someone to look at our data and feature engineering with fresh eyes, run targeted experiments, and tell us where the actual gains are — not a generic list of algorithms to try. 3–4 weeks, hands-on. Bring examples of models you've meaningfully improved, not just maintained.
