n8n Automation Developer — Real Estate Operations

Real estate agency, 12 agents, too much manual work. Every new lead gets manually copied from our web form into our CRM (Follow Up Boss), manually assigned to an agent, then manually followed up with a template email. Three steps, all manual, all done wrong sometimes. We want these automated. Lead comes in → goes into CRM → gets assigned based on geography → agent gets a Slack ping → personalised follow-up email goes out within 5 minutes. We also want to automate our weekly report: pull activity from the CRM, summarise it with GPT, send a clean digest to the owners every Monday morning. We're thinking n8n as the backbone. We have API access to everything. We just need someone who has done this before.
