Consumer goods company. 4 brands. We monitor Twitter, Instagram, TikTok comments and Google reviews — currently manually, by two people who read through hundreds of posts per day.
We need a pipeline that:
– Ingests posts mentioning our brands via APIs
– Classifies sentiment (positive, neutral, negative) and topic (product quality, delivery, price, customer service)
– Flags urgency: complaints going viral or reviews below 2 stars in bulk
– Produces a daily summary dashboard and a real-time Slack alert for urgent signals
We have 18 months of historical data to train/fine-tune on. Languages: English, French, Arabic (our brands operate across Europe and MENA).
