About the role
We are a small marketing agency that wants to automate repetitive client delivery tasks without hiring a full developer. We need a no-code specialist who can build reliable automations using tools like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, and Notion.
Responsibilities
- Automate client onboarding, reporting, and campaign workflows
- Build an Airtable base to track all client deliverables
- Integrate Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, and Asana
- Document every automation so the team can maintain it
- Suggest and implement new automation ideas proactively
Requirements
- Deep experience with Zapier and/or Make.com in a professional context
- Airtable power user (relational databases, automations, scripting)
- Able to understand and document business processes
- Comfort working without technical support — self-sufficient
- Design sense — builds automations that are maintainable
